Coffee that’s healthy and smart?

I have been trying for some time now to find a ‘healthy’ coffee that will provide energy and be a core to social functions while building an income. Wow coffee that is healthy? Who would ever believe this? I’ve checked this out and came across five reasons why this particular series of coffees and teas may be one of the best social function builders and provide a long term income:

1. There’s the product, of course — an ideal fusion of wellness and deliciousness, health-mindedness and genuine cafe indulgence. From bold black coffee to soothing red tea, luscious hot cocoa to hearty steel-cut oats, Gano Excel’s line of Café 2.0 products are unlike anything the world’s seen. And with the health benefits…well, come on. It’s pretty amazing stuff. We decided that this is what most people love: great products at a reasonable price, and a honest dedication to quality.

The product is also super-easy to market. I mean, we’re not peddling potions, lotions or pricey juices — this is coffee, affordable, delicious coffee.

2. Knowing where the product comes from! Unlike some companies, we have our own plantation in Malaysia, and a high-tech research facility where our Ganoderma-infused products are produced. If you think about it, how many companies like ours can say they control the creation of their product from top-to-bottom? Can any other “healthy coffee” company say that? That’s why Gano Excel is more than healthy coffee — it’s Café 2.0, a totally new idea of what it means to bring wellness-boosting coffee to the people.

3. The comp plan is mind-blowing. It’s like we’ve taken the best parts of every referral marketing plan you’ve seen and brought them together. It’s perfect for people who just want their coffee to pay for itself AND the serious business builder — which is, if we may say so ourselves, awesome.

4. Field and Corporate Synergy. We’re all on one big team here: field and corporate, equal and united! Whether through cool new marketing collateral, functional online tools like your back office, or hosted events and special video presentations, it’s our job to serve you. Our IT guys and our programmers, accountants and customer service reps, vice presidents and creatives, and (of course) our CEO and founder are all here to make your life easier. At out corporate offices, affiliates shares desks with corporate employees: we’re one big team at Gano Excel!

5. PEOPLE! Sorry to be all shout-y about it, but that’s one of the most important things in any company — the people you work with. We get emails from and meet with Canada, Peru, and all over the United States, and we’ve yet to find a Gano Excel affiliate we wouldn’t want to share a cup of coffee with! Our top leaders are friendly and accessible, and our affiliates are fun, people-oriented and (frankly) the best in this industry.

I know this sounds unreal to some. The thought of a healthy coffee that can build an income. Give it a try and see what YOU think!

CAPTCHA – We have determined you are not human…no blog for you!

CAPTCHA

This is a savior of the blogosphere, antispam extraordinair, and human validation test. But what happens when you just can’t read the characters simply because they are so distorted that even a human can’t make them out until they use some for of image editor application? You try to reset it , still unreadable, you try the voice button, it can’t read it. What to do?

I know that these little validation boxes are there to keep out automated systems from reading them. But what I think is strange is that an automated system generated them in the first place and has the nerve to tell us that we must be machines because we can’t read it back to it. But here’s another trick. If you can’t get anywhere with the system you are either logged out or never regain access to the account you just say dumped $1000.00 in to start a new Forex account or other banking opportunity. You try to contact the help desk on this and try to get you to enter yet another CAPCTHA to get back to your loot. No you can’t…and since you have gone beyond the 3 failed attempts, we will now deactivate your account until you contact our help desk and do a voice verification of the CACPTHA just sent to you.

On and on…No results, just more captchas issued and more junk from the help desk. Well that’s a new way for a group to make some quick money!

You know that I really hate these things. Yes they do cut down on spam and the like, but they also make the user experience less than desirable ! AHCTPAC

How scary! (?) . This came from the Internet and I think we should know about this. So what to do from here? What would King Corn say about this list? What is even more interesting is that people are starting to have similar problems with soy based products. How do we get away from things that make us sick? Or is there a real way to do that? I also came across this site mentioned in The Daily Table Blog that is called Culinate providing some very interesting ideas on nutrition .

An Intriguing little term…’NOprah’

I was reading across several news sites and blogs and came across a new term ‘NOprah’. What does it mean? How did this happen? Could it be that there are people that actually DON’T like Oprah Winfrey?????? It can’t be. There’s got to be some mistake. I mean who could not find the great works and inspiring words she provides on a daily basis in e-media and print intriguing? Then I started to think about new hype that is spinning around her name ( and not given the right to use) on many, many e-products that are pushed on us each day.
Slick marketing people have started to realize is if you use the name Oprah in any way like ‘As talked about by Oprah’ or ‘As shown by Oprah’ we just can’t resist at least reading more about what is being pushed on us. How does it work? Why do we constantly need to have something that a celebrity endorses ( or not really endorses) ? So what? An article released way back in 2006 from the Columbia News Service talks about how we either love or hate these little words uttered by such names.
How many people came here just to find something about Oprah just becuase I tagged the name? Just because a particular satellite radio group mentioned a program starting an the network saw their stock value suddenly raise and Oprah had not been heard yet! Wow! This is fantastic! Maybe a way to monetize your blogs even more?
But let’s pull back a moment and really think about what is going on. I wonder If any of the books, self-help shows, entertainment programs, or what have you would have made it without her. I really wonder what happens in the dimly lit board rooms of the ‘O’ Empire and what the authors or show hosts give up to become part of the ‘O’ legion. I wonder even more how much Oprah is actually involved in these deals (if at all) and if the contracts are more soul binding than realized to a mega-corporation built totally on a name of fame?

I hope there are a few out there will think about cultural icons and what they really do to/for us over time and if we could make it without them. I hope e few of you will leave comments on this.

Planning for a PostieCon Party

How do these peolple at IZEA scramble to put an awards dinner/party together while plugging a new Social Network and Blog America?

I brought this in to let you folks know how a plan (semiscripted of course) is put together by some major blogging houses such as IZEA. Have you ever thought about booking and venue negotiatins for a medium to large event? Let’s watch this episode…

I just can’t take it anymore — give me a blog please

What am I doing here? What are YOU doing here. Why on Earth would anybody ever get involved in this blog thing to begin with?We are either reading or writing blogs or leaving some kind of comment good, bad, or ugly because someone hit a nerve. Why does a place like WordPress really exist? I mean there are so many other weblog site providers. What made them think they offered something different from the rest of the crowd?

I just can’t keep up with all the weird news that comes across all boards everyday. There is only so much a person can take and then write about. What seems to happen now is that there is really no such thing as a ‘niche’ topic anymore because everyone else thought it was a niche and wrote about it. So where does this leave us? Is there salvation, is there a dim flicker of hope, are there new topics or just spin doctors talking about the same thing.

I was talking to a friend that also writes a blog based on anti-Hollywood slants. He put out a blog about certain celebrities dying or going to rehab, or dancing in the snow. He decided to write about a regular Joe and got called down for that!

So mainstream is in and true niche is out? Ummmmm. What do we have left to mention? So I went over to the News of the Weird and lo and behold, nothing really new, nothing really that most people would even consider weird. Just day-to-day stuff that is not mainstream and because of that it is labeled weird. Do you have any weird news that is really weird not just forgotten or uncovered news? Please share it here!

Does Kenya Cry Alone?

I have been following the horrid situation in Kenya and honestly feel that they are being left alone by the US to suffer and cry out in pain. Why has there not been more attention by the US to this horrid situation? It is obvious that some groups like the International Medical Corps are there to help and that there are other media groups like the Chinese press have been involved providing coverage and aid. But other than a small report on NPR yesterday there has not been enough coverage by the mainstream media here. Instead, what do we hear more brainless coverage about poor baby Britney going to the hospital yet again.I encourage you to listen to this interview with Binyavanga Wainaina an author and journalist from Kenya discussing ethnic splits in Kenya and some brief history of what has been going on there. We must also pay close attention to what the bloggers of Kenya are writing about as this tragedy continues. Please, please let the news come out so that more coverage by the mainstream starts and that this issue comes to the front to replace the useless coverage of Britney. Leave your thoughts here please and then start your posts!
